This case treats of the distribution of the proceeds of money and property seized under the "Criminal Forfeiture Act."

During the years 1987 and 1988 three persons were arrested on drug charges in Lafayette County, Missouri. The vehicles transporting the drugs were found to contain cash aggregating more than one million dollars. All of the arrested persons were charged with violation of state laws relating to controlled substances...
