Joey Miller, plaintiff and appellant herein, was injured on February 10, 1987, while driving to work. Plaintiff collided with an 18 wheeler which failed to clear his lane of traffic while negotiating a left turn from a side road. After trial, the jury rendered its verdict, finding that the defendant, Derwin Royal, the driver of the 18 wheeler, was not negligent and thus, awarded no damages to Miller.
