The issue before this court is whether the Minnesota fetal disposition law, Minn.Stat. § 145.1621 (1988), is constitutional. The district court1 found the law unconstitutionally vague as well as infringing on a woman's right to abortion. Planned Parenthood v. State of Minnesota, No. 4-87-676 (D.Minn., June 30, 1989).
