OPINION

COMPTON, Justice.

This petition arises out of a dispute between The Home Indemnity Company (Home) and CMOG1 over the handling of an insurance claim. CMOG sought discovery of certain documents from Home in connection with CMOG's counterclaim. Home refused to fully comply with CMOG's discovery request, asserting that the documents fall within the attorney-client privilege.
