ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Raymond Dwight Furgison, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of robbery. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 29.02 (Vernon 1989). The jury rejected appellant's not guilty plea and found him guilty as charged in the indictment. After finding the two enhancement paragraphs of the indictment to be true, the Court assessed punishment at fifty years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice...
