This dispute concerns the possession and use of an alleyway located between property owned by plaintiff, Elia Breaux Bienvenu, and defendants, Lawrence H. Foti and Anna Mae Saprano Foti. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, and defendants have appealed on the basis of three assignments of error.
