PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

In October 1985, upon a plea of not guilty, appellant was convicted by a jury of aggravated sexual assault. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.021. The trial court assessed punishment at thirty-five years' imprisonment enhanced by a 1981 conviction for burglary of a building. The conviction was affirmed by this court in an unpublished opinion.
