Respondents Emmett and Kathleen Garrick (Garricks) brought a declaratory judgment action, seeking construction of the terms of insurance policies issued by appellant Northland Insurance Company (Northland) and respondents Athena Assurance Company (Athena) and the Omaha Indemnity Company (Omaha).
