This is an appeal from the denial of post-conviction relief. In January of 1976, appellant was found guilty of First Degree Murder, for which he received a sentence of life imprisonment. That conviction was affirmed by this Court. Ortiz v. State (1976), 265 Ind. 549, 356 N.E.2d 1188.
