The appellant, Chris Polychron, sued the appellees, Crum & Forster Insurance Company and International Insurance Company, for reimbursement of legal expenses under an officers' and directors' insurance policy. After both parties submitted motions for summary judgment, the District Court simultaneously granted the appellees' motion and denied the appellant's motion.
