OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Appellant Patrick Stinnett (Stinnett) was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and sentenced to ten years in prison. Stinnett appeals, contending that the district court erred in issuing a protective order preventing him from obtaining the complaints he had made in the past against the police officer who arrested him. We agree.
