The plaintiff, Joseph Cada, complains that the defendant, Baxter Healthcare, fired him in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. The district court granted summary judgment for the defendant on the ground that the suit was time-barred, and dismissed the suit.
