BENAVIDES, Justice.

Luis Rodriguez, Jr. appeals a revocation of his probation. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

Appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of felony theft of a shotgun and on March 28, 1983, was sentenced by the court to five years' imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections and fined $1,000.
