Gloria and Vince Dahlberg appeal from the district court's order granting appellees' motion for summary judgment because the applicable statute of limitations bars the Dahlbergs' medical malpractice action. The Dahlbergs contend that the district court erred in holding that the Wisconsin borrowing statute, Wis.Stat. § 893.07 (1987-88), requires the forum court to adopt the commencement provision of the jurisdiction whose statute of limitations...
