OPINION

POPPITI, Judge.

This matter is presently before the Court on defendants' motions to suppress wiretap evidence. In its response to the motions, the State maintained that the defendants' have failed to make the requisite showing to entitle them to an evidentiary hearing on the suppression issues. I agreed with the State and on the record February 5, 1990, decided that the suppression issues could be decided as a matter of law without a hearing.
