Appellants, the parents of L.A., III, J.A., and D.A., appeal the findings and orders of the juvenile court adjudging their children to be children in need of care and supervision (CHINS) and transferring legal custody over them to the Commissioner of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) with residual parental rights and responsibilities remaining with the parents.
