We review by appeal an order of the judge of compensation claims denying the employee's claim for benefits under the Florida workers' compensation statute for lack of jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of the claim. The claimant, a resident of Georgia employed as a truck driver working principally out of Georgia and Virginia, sustained an injury while driving his employer's truck in the state of Florida and consequently received workers...
