Nancy Ray Caserotti ("Nancy") appeals from the entry of a summary judgment against her and in favor of appellee, State Farm Insurance Company ("State Farm"). In her sole point of error, Nancy contends that the trial court erred in granting State Farm's motion for summary judgment because there exist genuine issues of material fact which preclude summary judgment as a matter of law.
