The petitioner Richard Allen Mullins was charged with capital felony murder but convicted of aggravated robbery and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment. His conviction was affirmed on appeal in an opinion not designated for publication. Mullins v. State, CACR 89-70, 1990 WL 15227 (March 7, 1990).
