Defendant Kenneth Towns appeals the district court's entry of final judgment on the jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to rob a bank and to use dangerous weapons to carry out the offense in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; robbing the bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113; and using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
