The petitioner Jack Beebe was convicted of aggravated robbery and two counts of theft of property. He was sentenced as an habitual offender to fifty years for aggravated robbery, thirty-five years imprisonment on one count of theft of property, and twenty-five years imprisonment on the other count of theft of property.
