SEARS, Justice.

Appellant was charged by indictment with two counts of aggravated perjury and entered a plea of not guilty before the jury. He was convicted on the second count of the indictment, and the jury assessed punishment at four years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. Based upon the recommendation of the jury, the trial court placed appellant on four years' probation. In three points of error, appellant alleges violations...
