In 1986, Chevron U.S.A., Inc. sold its petroleum product marketing assets to defendant Cumberland Farms. Prior to the closing of the deal on May 31, 1986, Chevron sent out formal notices of nonrenewal under the PMPA to all Gulf and Chevron dealers...
