This is an appeal from a denial of appellant's petition for post-conviction relief. In 1976, appellant was tried by a jury and found to be guilty of First Degree Murder, for which she received a life sentence. An appeal was taken from that conviction and the trial court was affirmed. Hill v. State (1977), 267 Ind. 411,
