Charles Murry Strickland appeals his conviction of delivery of marihuana of less than five pounds but more than four ounces. We reversed Strickland's original conviction in Strickland v. State, 747 S.W.2d 59 (Tex.App.-Texarkana 1988, no pet.), because he received ineffective assistance of counsel. The case was remanded to the trial court for a new trial.
