On appeal from his conviction of robbery in the first degree, defendant contends that the court erred in refusing to suppress identification testimony, that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, that the court erred in refusing to charge second and third degree robbery as lesser included offenses, and that his sentence is excessive.
