BRORBY, Circuit Judge.

Amaro Calderon-Porras pled guilty to one count of unlawfully and intentionally importing less than fifty kilograms of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a), and § 960(a)(1) and (b)(4).

Mr. Calderon-Porras appeals only his sentence, asserting that he should have been classified as a "minimal participant" and thus have received a lesser sentence.
