BAKER, Justice.

The trial court granted the First City Bank of Plano a summary judgment, holding that it was not liable for paying two drafts which named Grace Stone as a joint payee, one without Grace's indorsement and the other on Grace's alleged forged indorsement. Alex and Grace Stone contend that the trial court erred in granting the Bank's motion for summary judgment and in not granting their motion for summary judgment. We affirm in part and...
