In this personal injury case the jury returned a verdict for the defendant, Crawford Construction Company. The plaintiffs, Joe Paul and Lorene Newman, have appealed. We find no error.

Joe Paul Newman is a journeyman electrician who sustained a serious injury while working for Thomas Electric Company, a sub-contractor of Crawford Construction Company. Crawford Construction was engaged in the renovation of a four story building in Ft. Smith. The...
