Petitioner-appellant Donald Gee, an inmate at the Wyoming State Penitentiary, appeals from the district court's dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. After serving a federal sentence, petitioner was extradited from the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas, to the State of Wyoming to serve an unfulfilled sentence in that State.
