Appellant, Willie B. Gilmer, a prison inmate, filed suit for declaratory judgment and writ of mandamus challenging the parole eligibility date set for him by the appellee, Don Massey, Records Office Supervisor. The trial court denied appellant's requested relief. We affirm.
