Donald L. Dingledine appeals an order of the district court reversing the bankruptcy judge's decision in favor of Dingledine's claim that General Finance Corporation (GFC) violated the disclosure statement requirements of the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1640(a)(2) and (3), when GFC described its security interest in Dingledine's personal property as being in "certain household items." 118 B.R. 631
