In this case we review a summary judgment entered by the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock, J.) in favor of Valmore Tracy, personal representative of the estate of Lloyd J. Whitlock, a/k/a Lloyd J. Tracy. The judgment determined that the estate had been finally and completely settled by an Agreement Among Successors executed by Lloyd's successors in interest.
