CARTER, Justice.

Plaintiff, Power Equipment, Inc., who sells and services excavating equipment, appeals from the district court's denial of its right to collect interest or finance charges on the unpaid account of defendant, Edward D. Tschiggfrie. After considering the arguments of the parties, we conclude that the district court failed to resolve certain factual issues necessary to a proper determination of the controversy.
