NORRIS, Judge.

The defendant, Robert Earl Bishop, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, La.R.S. 14:64. His first trial ended in mistrial; after his second jury trial he was found guilty as charged. The court sentenced him to 60 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Bishop now appeals, advancing a total of four assignments of error, one of which has been abandoned. URCA-Rule 2-12.4; State v. Williams...
