The petitioner, Barbara Berry Fowler, seeks a writ of mandamus directing Judge Clatus Junkin of the 24th Judicial Circuit to grant her motion for a change of venue. The writ is denied.

Ms. Fowler was indicted by a Fayette County grand jury for the murder of her husband, a pharmacist and prominent citizen of Fayette County. Contending that it was impossible for her to obtain a fair trial in Fayette County due to extensive pretrial publicity...
