Douglas ("movant") appeals from an order dismissing, without an evidentiary hearing, his motion under Rule 29.15, Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure (20th ed. 1989), to vacate his conviction of three counts of sodomy, for each of which he was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment, the sentences to run consecutively.
