KELLEHER, Justice.

This is a dispute between two brothers, Arthur S. Pike, Jr. (administrator), and Ernest F. Pike (Ernest). Their dispute concerns a will that was executed by the brothers' stepmother, Hilda S. Pike (Hilda), in early August 1971. Hilda died in late November 1982. Her will was admitted to probate by the Cranston Probate Court in January 1984. No appeal was taken from its admittance.
