Plaintiff, a citizen of New York, brings this diversity action, see 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (1988), to enforce a judgment of divorce against Plastocks, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Presently before the Court is defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal and subject matter jurisdiction. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1), (2).
