This action arises out of a real estate contract entered into on July 1, 1985, between C. Tal Wooten, Jr., plaintiff-buyer, and Harry R. DeMean and his wife Dorothy DeMean, defendants-sellers. The property involved was an office building and lot known as the Courtyard Office Center and located in Springfield. The purchase price was $1,282,398.38.
