The district court affirmed a judgment of the bankruptcy court, which held that a significant debt owed by Samuel A. Moreno was non-dischargeable, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4), and that Moreno could not receive a discharge in bankruptcy because he had attempted to conceal property from his creditors. 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A). 102 B.R. 65.
