HALL, Chief Justice:

A writ of certiorari was granted to the Utah Court of Appeals1 in this action to quiet title to real property located in Park City, Utah. The Utah Court of Appeals affirmed the decision of the trial court that title to the property was properly held by the State of Utah. We affirm.
