In this rear end automobile collision case, Harlon Freeman ("plaintiff") and his wife, Mary, appeal a judgment denying their respective claims for personal injury and loss of consortium against the following motorist, Linda Rew ("defendant"); her husband, Fred Rew; and the Rews' liability insurer, Casualty Reciprocal Exchange Company.
