Per Curiam.

We find that the alteration of the date on the February 7 declaration of candidacy was not material and that different dates on declaration of candidacy forms do not destroy the unity of a declaration of candidacy. Accordingly, we overrule respondents' motion to dismiss and issue a peremptory writ of mandamus in the first instance requiring respondent board to place relator's name on the May 8, 1990...
