Defendant Rasberry, charged with the aggravated rape of his daughter, was convicted by a jury of the responsive verdict of forcible rape. He was sentenced to serve the maximum term of 40 years at hard labor, with two years to be served without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Defendant appealed his conviction and sentence asserting the trial court erred in admitting evidence of other crimes, in permitting testimony...
