ULRICH, Judge.

John H. Teale, chiropractor, appeals the judgment entered in favor of the American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (Insurance Company) following jury trial and verdict. Dr. Teale had sued the insurance company, a worker's compensation insurance carrier, alleging tortious interference with the contractual relationship between a patient and himself.
