This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court confirming in part and vacating in part an arbitration award arising out of a dispute over an employment contract. The dispositive issue is whether the arbitrators exceeded their authority under General Statutes § 52-418 (a) (4).1 The trial court concluded that they did. We disagree.
