This is an appeal by attorney Russell Wunschel, and a cross-appeal by The Committee on Professional Ethics and Conduct of the Iowa State Bar Association (hereinafter "Committee") from findings of fact and a disciplinary sanction recommended by a division of the Grievance Commission.
