The plaintiff is a prisoner who brings two claims for damages under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against prison officials at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, where he was incarcerated from March 14, 1989 through March 12, 1990. The plaintiff alleges that he was denied his right to the free exercise of his Islamic faith while being held in administrative segregation, and that his medical treatment and diet for stomach...
