Michael Dean Lay appeals a final order granting Hugh Suggs' motion for summary judgment in Lay's action for damages arising from a motor vehicle accident in which Suggs' daughter, Laurie Henderson, was driving. Suggs gave his written consent to the issuance of a driver's license to Laurie when she was 15 years old in accordance with section 322.09, Florida Statutes (1985).
